Kaja’s professional interests focus on civil law, in particular industrial property and copyright law.
Kaja studies at Maria-Curie Skłodowska University in Lublin. Member of the Intellectual Property Law Academic Circle and the Mediation and Negotiation Academic Circle. Many times she received a scholarship for the best students.
She took part in numerous national scientific conferences: “Mediation and arbitration in intellectual property cases”, “New technologies law”, “New technologies and development of information society – a challenge for the legislator”.
The author of an article for the Dziennik Gazeta Prawna: “Artificial intelligence cannot be an author because it has no legal capacity”.
Laureate of the competition for the best work on alternative dispute resolution at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University and of the National Legal Knowledge Competition organized by Affre & Wspólnicy sp.k.
