He gained professional experience in boutique law firms in Warsaw, where he provided comprehensive legal support to individuals, SMEs, and international corporations operating across Europe and globally.
He specializes in the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights – from trademark and design searches and filings to registration and opposition proceedings before EUIPO in Alicante and the Polish Patent Office (UPRP) in Warsaw. He represents clients in civil disputes at all stages, including pre-litigation and court proceedings, as well as in criminal cases concerning IP infringements, copyright violations, and acts of unfair competition.
