For more than 10 years, she has specialized in intellectual property law, successfully and dedicatedly dealing with trademark protection, industrial design, copyright, competition law, personal rights protection, press law and personal data. Joanna Skrzeczkowska advises clients in the FMCG, alcohol, media, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, apparel, pesticides, aviation, armaments, art, furniture industries, among others, and conducts ongoing cooperation with marketing and PR agencies, including influencer marketing.
She conducts trainings and lectures on intellectual property law, particularly on issues related to copyright, trademarks and acts of unfair competition, as well as for the alcohol industry or influencers. For many years she maintained a respected blog on intellectual property law.
She completed her postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw with the highest score of the year, receiving a perfect score on her diploma.
