UPRP, EUIPO
We conduct litigation before the Polish Patent Office and the EUIPO – some of the documents we draw up include oppositions, third-party observations, trademark defences, and applications for a declaration of invalidity or revocation of trademark, and for the invalidity of industrial design.
International disputes
In conducting international disputes it is essential to establish the governing law, which entails not only taking into account local laws, but also international conventions – and we have the relevant experience for such a task.
Employment disputes
Employees’ departures can lead to different outcomes. We help to keep them as matter-of-fact as possible. We advise on the most optimal forms of termination, draft the relevant documentation and often assist the employer in talks with the employee. Afterwards – should the employee decide to sue – we defend our position in court.
