Konrad advises on a broad range of competition and consumer law matters, including restrictive practices, abuse of dominance, unfair commercial practices, distribution systems and merger control. He conducts audits, develops compliance policies and prepares procedures for inspections by competition authorities. He also drafts and reviews terms and conditions used in consumer relations and advises on greenwashing, as well as the sale and advertising of alcoholic beverages.
He has advised businesses across a wide range of sectors, including FMCG, automotive, real estate, IT, construction, beauty and pharmaceuticals. He has also delivered numerous client training sessions and authored expert publications.
Konrad is an advocate admitted to the Warsaw Bar. He gained his professional experience at a court and at Polish and international law firms.
