Sometimes they reach for colours in opinions for easier identification of legal risks. Every new employee undergoes intensive training to unlearn writing in hard-to-understand language. “Our main aim is to make the work of in-house lawyers easier – so they don’t have to explain our advice to the business.” explains Joanna Affre.
📍 creating an online training platform (Quizzer) which allows to train employees and transfer knowledge in an accessible form. “We know by nature that people absorb knowledge better by example. That’s why we decided to do training in the form of comics. We focus on our areas of expertise (antitrust, IP, data protection). However, thanks to our creative lawyers, we are able to create comics in practically any area of law.” – says Joanna Affre.
