Agnieszka provides comprehensive and ongoing services to business entities (especially French entrepreneurs). She assists with the establishment of companies in Poland and the drafting of contracts for business transactions. She also advises on share sale transactions and provides M&A support. In addition, she has several years of experience in advising on immigration matters, in particular the legalisation of residence and employment of foreigners. She has worked with entrepreneurs in the automotive, food, industrial, veterinary and pharmaceutical industries.

This year, Agnieszka passed the bar exam and was entered on the list of attorneys at the Warsaw Bar Association.
Agnieszka is a graduate of law at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków and of French and international commercial law studies organised in cooperation between the Jagiellonian University and Université d’Orléans – Master 2 Droit des Affaires Français et International (2019). During her studies, she participated in the competition in the field of international commercial arbitration – 24th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (2017). She is also a graduate of the School of French Law in collaboration between the Jagiellonian University and the Université d’Orléans (2016).
