Joanna Skrzeczkowska

Joanna, has specialized in intellectual property law for more than 10 years, successfully and dedicatedly dealing with trademark protection, industrial designs, copyright law, competition law, protection of personal rights, press law and personal data. She builds and implements strategies for the protection of industrial property rights, including managing an extensive portfolio of IP rights.

She has extensive experience in researching and filing industrial property rights, conducting registration and litigation cases before the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in Alicante and the Patent Office of the Republic of Poland (UPRP) in Warsaw, as well as court cases, both before intellectual property courts and the Supreme Court, as well as administrative courts and the Supreme Administrative Court. Joanna is developing his skills in a niche area of law – alcohol law.
Joanna advises clients in the FMCG, alcohol, media, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, apparel, plant protection products, aviation, armaments, art, furniture industries, among others, and conducts ongoing cooperation with marketing and PR agencies, including influencer marketing.
Joanna passed the bar exam with distinction. She completed postgraduate studies in intellectual property law at the University of Warsaw with the highest mark in the year, earning a perfect score on her diploma. In addition, she successfully passed the competitive examination before the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys and is starting her attorney apprenticeship as of January 2024.
