Her professional interests centre around issues relating to competition and consumer protection, court disputes and civil law.
She has participated in projects related to assessment and introduction of distribution policy, as well as assessment of compliance of rules and regulations and standard contract forms with consumer law. Experienced in conducting proceedings before courts and administrative authorities, including the Court of Competition and Consumer Protection and the OCCP. Provides trainings for entrepreneurs in the fields of antitrust law and consumer protection. Additionally, she supports the law firm’s team in ongoing advisory services for business entities.
Graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, studied also at the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Graduate of the International Legal Skills Programme organised by the Łazarski University in Warsaw in collaboration with the Center of International Legal Studies in Salzburg and Postgraduate of Competition Law Studies at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association for Advocates.
