Dagmara Cieniawska specialises in personal data protection, e-commerce and consumer law.
She was a member of the Data Protection Officer team in one of the leading media groups on the Polish market.
She was the first person in Poland who act as a contact point established by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection for out-of-court dispute resolution. She also represented the Authority’s position before the European Commission in Brussels on the ODR Platform (online dispute resolution platform).
She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Kraków. She completed her postgraduate studies in new technology law at Kozminski University.
Dagmara is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law.
